Overview

Administrator Job Description: Processing client information, taking into account all relevant variables Maintaining all relevant information on company systems and Sage Receiving and processing information within tight deadlines Liaising with HR regarding Terms and conditions for clients Processing all authorised changes to clients accounts where applicable Ensuring that leavers and new starters within the business are processed accurately Answering any telephone enquiries or email enquiries regarding payroll Producing monthly reports for the Finance department through Sage 50 Payroll Supporting all colleagues with any relevant queries Person Specification: Some previous experience using Sage and excel is essential Previous office / administrative experience is essential to be considered Professional communication skills Excellent attention to detail is essential Organisational and methodical Additional Information: Based in Wimbledon £24,000 - £26,000 Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm 20 days holiday plus bank holidays AE pension scheme We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
