Sales Negotiator Gloucester £38K package Our client is an long established business that focuses on providing beautiful homes in a peaceful, sociable and modern environment in order to create a relaxing and stress free homes. Due to the high demand for their homes my client is expanding recruiting for a strong sales and highly organised individual with superb communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible/proactive attitude. This role will be busy, varied, challenging and rewarding in an ever-changing environment. To be considered for this role you will need to have experience within a sales environment ideally within the property sector. Key tasks of the Sales Negotiator's role: Answering initial telephone enquiries, information requests through letter, email and other social media outlets Arranging Viewings and appointments Follow up on leads, carry out viewings and appointments Ensure that CRM is kept up to date egular update meetings with senior managers Updating property details with Agents and internal marketing Liaising with Customer Care on all after sales Inspection of homes prior to customer move in & handover to customer care Visits to Manufacturers with customers to design homes Key Skill/Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales environment experience ideally within the property sector Excellent organisational and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Self motivated and confident Clean driving licence A Team Player Experience of using/operating a CRM system
