Overview

We are delighted to be working with an exciting financial services provider based in Bristol, our client is looking to recruit a New Business Administrator to join their growing firm. This role is a vital part of the business and you will be working in a friendly team within a firm who are committed to providing you with full support for you to flourish in your career. As a New Business Administrator, you will be dealing with the administration of pensions, you will be responsible for managing and processing the schemes and work closely with advisers to ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities Managing and developing New Business Relationships Receiving instructions and ensuring that any task activity is accurately completed Informing clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met. Liaising with pension scheme members, advisers and accountants Arrange pension transfers Deal with aspects of property purchases/sales Respond to calls and emails from clients in a timely manner Treat clients fairly and maintain the highest level of compliance Renewals Process all scheme changes Update records accurately to ensure all chargeable time is logged Ensure all administration is completed to a very high standard You will have previous experience within financial services, have a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills as you will be dealing with external clients. You will have a strong work ethic but always focus on the customer, excellent admin and IT skills are required.
