Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualitative Project Manager to join our Health Profile Division in London Millbank. Your primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion which includes managing project budgets, communicating to the client on progress in field, trouble shooting and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline and ensuring that standards are met on all aspects of the process and coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects. KEY OUTCOMES Review all project documentation provided by client services and identify issues that jeopardize the ability to complete the project on time and within budget or impact the project’s gross margin. Provide recommendations to client service and partner with them to obtain revised quote on project Manage internal project kick off meeting with Sales and Resources teams to review materials, finalize all project requirements and determine timelines and schedules. Work directly with the client to review all project materials and schedule and make changes as needed Provide consistent updates to client on status on project during fielding process on a frequent basis either via email or phone. Provide recommendations to panel team to maximize sample while in field Ensure the project is completed on time and ensure all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner Provide Finance team will all financial metrics required to complete billing and invoice process; deliver final bill to client. CAPABILITIES BA/BSc degree in Market Research, Psychology or Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field Previous experience in Marketing Research Experience in Healthcare qualitative data collections preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail JOIN US At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
