Overview

Mail Room Administrator Location: Sheffield Working for a leading Law firm based in Sheffield in their Mail Room. This office environment requires an individual with impeccable customer service and professionalism to fill the role of Mail Room Administrator. This role involves providing general administration assistance to the Law Firm, by managing inbound and outbound post. Roles and Responsibilities: Opening, referencing, batching and scanning all post for the department Take relevant action on receipt of contract packs Monitor shared post team email accounts and action appropriately Meeting strict deadlines set by, TL, work providers, etc. Performing general administration tasks Answer incoming calls Desired Attributes: Excellent administration skills Experience in post / mail room Professional telephone manor Ability to manage own workload Ability to manage multiple workflows Able to meet deadlines and targets Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages Qualifications Required GCSE in Maths & English Good standard of spoken and written English Salary: £14,200 - £16,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Contracted to 35 hours a week.
