RECRUITMENTiQ are working in partnership with a community organisation and are seeking a Director of Programmes and Development. Circa £40K pa, 37.5 hours (full time) Are you an experienced and motivated senior leader who has a passion for improving lives across Cumbria? At Cumbria Community Foundation, we connect people who care with causes that matter. We work with community organisations across the county and support them by awarding grants on behalf of our fundholders. We are looking for a highly experienced leader to manage our Grants and Development teams and contribute to the continued growth of the Community Foundation. This important role is perfect for someone looking for a chance to use their skills to maximise their personal and social impact.
