Overview

Role As Legal Progressor you will play an integral part within the sales & marketing team, ensuring that our customers property acquisition is progressed as expediently as possible. You will work closely with the purchaser, our internal teams and external solicitors acting on behalf of the company and on behalf of the customer. You focus will be to ensure that all legal information is correct, dialog is continuous, updates are provided and workflow is smooth - effectively making things happen. Company My client is a hugely reputable city-centre, residential developer who build amazing homes and have an outstanding pipeline of new and existing developments. They are going through a period of sustainable growth and have identified this role as being key to offering a better, smoother experience to their customers. Person You are an experienced legal professional who operated within the residential development sector, progressing the legal aspect of sales. You may perhaps work for another developer/housebuilder or indeed at a legal firm. You are customer dedicated, highly organised, detail-focussed and a great communicator able to bring matters to a successful conclusion.
