Lettings Administrator - c£28,000 - NW London With over 30 years’ experience within the Residential Sales and Lettings business, this expanding family run Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their growing vibrant team. With 3 busy offices, this company is continuing to grow and would love someone to join who can continue to grow with them. The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for: Full administrative support to the Lettings Team Some client accounting Preparing and updating property lists and details Organising pre tenancy requirements (photos, inventories etc) Management of compliance documents (EPC, gas safety certificates etc…) Organising renewals Production of lettings documents The successful Lettings Administrator will: Have 2 years’ experience in lettings/property administration Show strong communication and interpersonal skills Possess excellent organisational skills Display exceptional customer service skills Be accurate, numerate and computer literate with strong attention to detail Work well as part of a team The company offers excellent career opportunities and full training will be given to the ideal candidate.
