Overview
The company provide a wide range of IT hardware and software services into the Banking and Retail sectors. This role is to providing project assistance to the project manager across all aspects of projects, including the efficient use of logistical and field engineering resource, maintenance of project records including sign offs, communications with engineers and customers. The PC must be highly organised to manage their workload and be flexible in their approach to existing working processes. Ensure Project Plan is maintained and communicated to field resource. Ensure all engineers have everything needed in order to complete their allocations. Ensure all sign offs are received and correct Plan and agree SOW Purchase of Stock Resource Planning / Co-ordination Cost Estimating Managing Customer Communication Tracking of current and future workload
