MBA are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join an exciting global organisation in Manchester, Salford Quays. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part working with a brand new client. You will manage the direction of a portfolio of household claims (e.g. escape of water, fire, theft), working closely with all relevant parties to ensure everyone involved is fully aware of status updates and are providing additional information as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering great customer service and working as part of a fast growing team. As a Claims Handler, you will be required to complete the following tasks; Managing variety of household claims Managing full claims process from allocation of adjuster through to settlement Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems Working on a large case-load to ensure we are in line with SLA’s What we’re looking for from a Claims Handler; Previous experience within Claims Handling Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload Team player with passion for helping others Proactive, able to work with initiative Claims Handler Job Details; Full time role, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Permanent position Up to £24,000 Insurance Qualifications such as; CII, CILA and Dip CII Located in Manchester, Salford Quays This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to start a career by providing a service that truly makes a difference.
