Conveyancing Solicitor

A well established regional law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced conveyancing solicitor (5 years' PQE) to join the growing Residential Conveyancing Department. Your role will be to manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters as well as oversee more junior members of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing solicitor to step up into a role that offers more autonomy and scope to take on further leadership responsibilities. You must be a qualified conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer or CILEX with at least 5 years' solid experience in managing a caseload of 70-100 files including freehold, leasehold, new-build, unregistered, shared ownership right to buy and help to buy. This is an ideal role for a senior conveyancing solicitor in Macclesfield to join an ever expanding Conveyancing Department and establish long term career roots. On offer is a competitive salary (up to circa £40,000) plus a monthly bonus and excellent benefits.
