We are fully FCA licenced, and we are looking to add to our expanding team. The Role We currently have an opportunity for a Payments and Collections Agent to join our Payments Team within our Operations Department. The role includes managing a book of existing clients ensuring payments are made in line with their chosen debt solution. We are looking for someone with experience in a customer service call centre environment, Debt Management or Insolvency experience is preferred. The person Good communication and objection handling skills; Good telephone manner; Self-motivation; Able to work well on your own or as part of a team; Able to multitask; IT literate; Excellent time management; Good numeracy skills.
