Overview

Purpose: A multi-tasking role to help provide specialist advice and support to staff and customers in order to deliver social care finance functionality Responsibilities: · Assisting the Senior Finance Consultant to be the central point of product knowledge · Assisting with pre-sales product demonstrations and taking responsibility for their content and delivery · Help to define the parameters for the set-up of finance modules for customers implementing CareDirector · Process and review customer’s existing manual and computer systems and offering advice on best practice · Financial awareness training to both staff and our customers · Ensuring finance modules have detailed and well-defined definitions and documentation · Assisting with the testing of new functionality and modules and ensuring product integrity through quality assurance Experience and Skills: · A comprehensive knowledge of finance and charging within the social care sector and the ability to translate this into business requirements · Ability to impart information to customers and colleagues on a one-to-one or group basis · Ability to write clear, accurate and concise reports and product documentation · Some experience of implementing computer systems · Good team player, but with the ability to also work under one’s own initiative · Ability to travel throughout the country and spend time away from home · Competent in Microsoft Products
