Inbound Customer Service Advisor £18,500 basic salary Manchester Monday to Friday, Core business hours, NO WEEKENDS Inbound Customer Service working as part of a team to a common goal Regular social events and team building exercises Break-out room with Pool Table and PlayStation Annual Bonus is based on call quality (NO UP-SELLING) Monday to Friday, Core business hours, NO WEEKENDS OR SILLY SHIFTS Fancy working in a vibrant yet professional office-based customer service role AND having your weekends all to yourself? You will be the face of the company via both telephone and email, working closely with our support teams and branch network to efficiently track, monitor and resolve all customer inbound queries in a timely manner.
