Robert Half Accounting temps have been given the exciting opportunity to represent the role of a purchase ledger manager for three months with the opportunity to go permanent after. Based in Northampton you will be working for a extremely well recognised company and your main responsibilities will be: Overseeing a team of 9 Taking responsibility for complex and escalated queries and disputes Producing key KPI reporting packs and performance reviews Preparing BACS payments and payment runs, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy Managing standing orders and direct debit payments Managing supplier accounts in order to prevent financial risk The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: Must have previous experience of managing a team Highly organised Great communication skills A team player Must be able to travel to Northampton and have previous purchase ledger experience also.
