Overview
Robert Half are working alongside a well known manufacturing organisation based in North Oxfordshire, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with Finance experience to join an exciting team. Role Administration of rejections and queries High volume invoice processing Develop and maintain vendor & internal customer relationships Monthly account reconciliations Support the Team Leader and Business Process Owners in maintaining and developing the quality of services provided Contribute to process improvement activities Work closely with EU Company Accountants to resolve queries Liaise with non-financial managers across whole EU business Ad Hoc duties Profile High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts on all levels Ability to learn quickly Flexible and pro-active approach required in an evolving environment Ability to manage own time Initiative Company This is a fantastic place of work with on site facilities such as gym, restaurant and further amenities. The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
