Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Manchester City Centre - Salary: Basic £20,000 -£45,000 OTE Experience Level: Graduate with a 2:1 or above This global recruitment consultancy is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding team. Based in the heart of Manchester, the consultancy works within the finance, energy and technology sectors and has dealt with clients such as Shell, Syngenta and KMPG in the past. The consultancy is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in the UK, French and German markets. Last year, the company increased its turnover from €19,000,000 to €30,000,000 and is aiming for an additional 18% growth this year. As a recruitment consultant, you will embark on a 360-degree process, responsible for sourcing candidates and business development. You will be given comprehensive training with ongoing support after an initial twelve-week Academy period. Whilst based in Manchester you will be headhunting around the world. Offering a basic salary of at least £21,000, you have the ability to earn up to £40,000 in your first year thanks to commissions. Other incentives include lunch clubs, company phones, laptops and trips abroad. The successful candidate will be a graduate with at least a 2:2 and a proactive work history. Sales experience is preferable, although not required. The candidate will be bright, dynamic and have a persuasive communication style designed for a career in sales. You must be able to work in London and be passionate about Recruitment.
