Are you a recruitment consultant looking for change? Fed up of cold-calling and relentless sales? Permanent People are working on behalf of our established client in Bristol who are looking for an experienced recruiter to take over a hot desk within the Engineering Sector. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the operations and services provided to your allocated accounts, acting as the first point of contact for candidates and existing clients. You will need to ensure that the needs and expectations of your clients are consistently satisfied by headhunting specialist talent within the industry. This role would be suitable for an individual that wants to move away from the heavy sales aspect of recruitment towards a candidate-focused role. Typically, your day will include: Search and selection of candidates, supported by the administrative team Establish productive, professional relationships with professionals in the assigned customer accounts Dealing with a variety of requests from your employee and accounts Organising and booking travel across Europe Communicating with all employees and client accounts on a weekly basis to ensure service agreements Travelling to client sites throughout Europe and internationally to complete service reviews The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 18 months recruitment experience, ideally within the Technology, Engineering or Oil & Gas sectors Attention to detail Fully competent at negotiating and communicating with a high level of professionalism Ideally educated to degree level Benefits: 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays Annual bonus potential based on company and individual performance International travel Company pension Private medical insurance Free gym membership Shared parking Make the career change you’ve been waiting for Get in touch with Sheli Barton at Permanent People for further information about this opportunity.
