Technical Services Consultant - IT Solutions Provider Central London £60k Bonus Summary A technically focused global solutions and services provider are looking to bolster their holistic and bespoke approach through recruitment of their next professional Technical Services Consultant. You will be delivering DELL EMC Data Protection solutions to a wide range of clients across the public, social and private market sectors. The Role As a Technical Professional Services Consultant you will be expected to be fully conversant with DELL EMC Data Protection Suite. You will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of the tailored solutions working in partnership with the client, providing support and guidance through an often confusing market place to make certain of the correct investment and strategy. When delivering the DELL EMC Data Protection Suite solution it is expected you are familiar with the packages: Networker, Networker Virtual Edition, Avamar, Avamar Virtual Edition, Data Domain, DP Central, DP Search and DP Advisor. You will also provide onsite/remote support as well as giving technical recommendations during the project life cycle, working closely with project managers to ensure successful completion. Finally you will be expected to analyse and understand the customer infrastructure and project deliverables whilst working with the pre-sales consultants to realise the proposed solution.
