Front Office Genius - Customer Banking Liaison Are you keen, enthusiastic, highly organised and able to motivate yourself with little supervision? We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused person with a passion for administration and an excellent eye for detail to assist our banking team in meeting customers at front-of-house to assist in servicing their banking needs. Locations: London Central Salary: £10ph Hours: 17.5 hours per week (average) with the option of overtime - Mon - Sat Start Date: March - Ongoing The front of house genius will have experience of working in a busy environment and will have a proven track record of professionally managing customer's needs, along with leading and motivating a team of office professionals. The start of your journey in your new role with us will provide you with blended learning experience, during this time you will learn how to be successful in your role through a mixture of classroom, on-line & practical training as well as having the opportunity to develop your new skills in branch. In this role, you will: Treat others how you want to be treat, with a friendly, welcoming and warming presence in our branch network Accurately & promptly resolve customer queries & requests Engage and pro-actively reach out to front-of-house customers to assist them swiftly and successfully Educate a diverse range of customers on how to service and operate their banking in an ever-increasing digital world Understanding basic banking terminology, have an aptitude to learn quickly and keep up to date on our general banking policies Working as a team with your branch associates to best service the customer's needs Be accurate with your data entry and maintaining a detailed account of all transactions Treat Customers Fairly at the heart of all that you do Qualifications To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: You need to like talking to people as this is a customer focused role, be able to multi task in a varied and busy position and have a good eye for detail and be of impeccable integrity. The team you are part of will need you to be organised and have a high level of attention to detail as this role requires accurate recording of information on our computer systems. You will need to be able to work under pressure, multi task and have an upbeat and positive attitude.
