Overview

This is a new role within the London outsourcing team. You will take over a current base client portfolio and be looking to build this over time as new clients are won and transitioned on board. You will own the client relationships, building strong rapport with client principals and colleagues, and be key to the delivery of profitable work across the portfolio with the support of the relevant Outsourcing Manager. You will be based in our London Farringdon Street office. The London Outsourcing Team is one of four UK centres and focuses on Financial Services, Real Estate and Tech Media Telecoms clients either UK or overseas-owned. Key Responsibilities Taking responsibility for a client portfolio ensuring accurate preparation of management accounts and other tasks within deadlines and budgets set Regularly participating in Outsourcing Team meetings, and updating the relevant Outsourcing Manager on client issues as and where appropriate Timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and other reporting, including: Preparation of VAT returns, EC Sales lists and Intrastat returns Working in accordance with the defined systems and procedures, taking into consideration issues with European implications and acting accordingly Preparation of an audit file which could be submitted to the client’s auditors Managing client and third party relationships from initial set up meetings and transition, liaising with other key contacts, to on-going service issues; building trust and monitoring service standards Delivering an excellent level of client service and stakeholder management throughout all stages of projects and assisting with clients’ development of their own accounting systems Working collaboratively with key members of the Outsourcing team and senior management, in addition to other departments where appropriate; Profitable development of business by assisting in the winning of new clients, cross selling additional services, introducing other service lines and securing on-going and recurring work from clients Assisting in the set-up of new clients on the appropriate software, working alongside the Outsourcing Transition Team
