HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver (Area Driver) Existing HIAB qualification is essential Location: Essex area Rate of pay: Perm £28500 Job Description: The role involves driving class 2 HIAB Lorries to complete the customer deliveries to building sites, private addresses and new developments. Essential Requirement: • Valid HIAB Lorry Loader Ticket/Card/Certificate (or recently expired). We are able to offer conversion training from hook to grab, manual to remote or refresher training to those whose Lorry Loader cards have recently expired within the last 12 months (ALLMI/ITTSAR/RTITB preferred) Please note that this is not a trainee position, and we are unable to consider applications from drivers with less than 6 months current HGV 2 experience, or no previous HIAB Lorry Loader experience/qualification. To avoid disappointment, we respectfully ask that applicants who have never held any HIAB qualifications do not apply. Essential skills • Minimum of 6 months recent commercial HGV 2 driving experience in the past 12 months • Valid or recently expired HIAB Lorry Loader Ticket/Certificate for Remote brick grab and hook (or existing ticket needing a conversion) • Valid CPC / Digi Tacho • No more than 6 points on your driving licence • No DR10's or TT99's • Over the age of 25 (due to insurance restrictions) • Right to work in the UK Excellent customer service skills Apply now for interview and start
