Production Team Leader - Day Shift Allstaff Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Team Leader - Day Shift , to join an ever-growing to food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. The role As Production Team Leader - Day Shift your role will involve the following important duties: Taking production schedules from supply chain and ensuring sufficient resources are available Monitor staff in boxing team to ensure all products are packaged according to guidelines Motivate workers to enhance production Check finished products meet quality and temperature standards The experience required As a successful Production Team Leader - Day Shift you will have: 2 years' experience within a food production company ideally Previous supervision / team management experience Experience within a packaging department Good level of numeracy and literacy and attention to detail PC skills The ability to lead and motivate a small team Summary of the Production Team Leader - Day Shift role Salary - £22,500 per annum Location - Milton Keynes Type of Contract - Permanent, Full time Hours - 6am - 6pm, 4 days on / 4 days off The benefits The business is well established, offering training and progression.
