Mortgage Adviser - Employed - £25,000 p.a. basic - £50,000 to £60,000 p.a. OTE A fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Adviser to represent a thriving financial services business, an appointed representative of Tenet Group. You’ll be providing whole of market Mortgage Advice to a range of clients. Leads will be provided in this busy environment but some self-generation will be expected. Benefits You’ll receive a basic salary of £25,000 p.a. plus an excellent bonus scheme with a very realistic OTE of £50,000-£60,000 p.a. as well as 25 days’ holiday per year (plus public holidays), pension scheme, life assurance benefit and income protection policy. You’ll be joining a professional, successful and supportive company who can also provide: High quality, warm mortgage and protection leads Excellent training from the company with the support of their compliance network Administration support Marketing support Relevant software systems The role You will receive full support and have access to a whole of market mortgage panel, exclusive mortgage products and excellent insurance providers. You will be responsible for reviewing the mortgage and protection requirements across a wide range of clients, providing research of the market and identifying suitable products. Providing on-going advice to a wide range of clients and providers Experience is not the only thing that we are looking for. Candidates that are able to demonstrate drive, motivation and determination are in equal footing for securing this role. About you As an adviser working for this company you will need a professional approach and be fully qualified (CeMAP or CF1 and CF6) and hold competent adviser status .You must be motivated and professional, with a positive attitude and proficient manner when dealing with customers and clients. Advisers must be personable, easy to work with and share the company ethos of treating customers fairly and offering an excellent service at all times.
