How you’ll make an impact… Xero Learn is an exciting new lifelong learning platform to teach financial skills using Xero. Due to expanding operations of Xero Learn, we are recruiting for someone to champion this product offering with UK education institutions. This includes the professional onboarding and continued education of training providers ranging from private providers (such as Kaplan), further education colleges and higher education universities. You will nurture existing education partner relationships with a focus on driving engagement and optimising the partnership with Xero. You will train and consult with training providers on using and teaching with Xero Learn. In addition, you’ll provide training providers with the relevant awareness and access to Xero’s own eLearning content, which can be used to add value and help students increase knowledge, skills and become job-ready. What you’ll bring… Ideally you’ll have a strong understanding of the education technology landscape (EdTech). A passion for SaaS (particularly cloud accounting software) and innovative education software (EdTech). Knowledge of the workings of a training provider and/or the education sector. A passion for teaching, education technology, financial literacy and client relationships. Accounting qualifications, including experience with one of AAT, ACA, ACCA, are highly desirable. Given the early startup nature of this new business unit having "hustle" and a drive to provide world class service will see you thrive in the role.
