Caretaker University of Brighton Student Halls FM & BUILDING SERVICES BRIGHTON £11 per hour Ongoing temporary role Do you want a long term temporary role? Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning and customer service to students halls? An opportunity has arisen to join a Brighton University on a temporary basis as a caretaker for their student halls in Brighton. You will be carrying out general maintenance along with booking sub contractors for more serious works. You will also be fixing broken doors, locks, toilets, showers etc across the halls. You will need to have excellent communication skills and good customer service as this is a live site working with students. You will be subject to references and a DBS.
