IFA Administration Manager - Forward thinking, modern Financial Planning Organisation - city centre Manchester - Salary negotiable We are currently working with a leading financial planning business to recruit for an experienced manager to head up their Administration team based in Manchester. The business have a focus on responsible and ethical investment and their values are at the core of their business. They are employee owned and stand out in the city as a firm of Advisers that care about their staff, their clients but also the world outside of financial services. The role will be to manage the Client Services team which provide administration support to the financial planners of the business. Duties will include; delegating work, monitoring performance, KPI's and undertaking one to one performance reviews. You will also be required to report to the head of financial planning on a regular basis as well as assisting with Administrative duties to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Potential candidates should have experience managing back offices teams in either of the following; financial planning, wealth management, pensions support, investments support or any other financial services organisation. Experience with the Intelligent Office back office system will give you an advantage and progress with Diploma qualifications will be preferred but is not essential.
