Overview
Our client is looking for a HR Shared Services Team Leader on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This role is with a great FMCG company with amazing benefits Client Details Our client is a Bristol-based FMCG company who have excellent transport links and also offer free parking for driver's out there They need a HR Shared Services Team Leader to lead their HR Admin team of 2 in the shared service centre Description The key responsibilities of a HR Shared Services Team Leader are: Leadership: Design and execute administrative global processes to reflect country legislative requirements as instructed by local HR team members Ensure HR shared services administrative team meet all key deliverables and are completed in a timely and accurate manner Review processes to ensure and drive efficiency Develop team skillset to manage global requirements Operational: First line support and advice on all HR day-to-day queries, escalating more complex queries to the HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Head of HR or relevant SME as appropriate Ensure processes with global payroll departments are efficient to ensure all compensation information is captured and communicated on a timely basis for payroll processing Represent the HRSS team on wider HR projects Administrate the employee recognition and long-service schemes Administrative: Responsible for administrative HR processes, using the HRIS wherever appropriate, including (but not exclusively) for: Recruitment support, including placement of adverts, applicant processing, screening calls and offer and on-boarding processes Starters and induction Probation reviews Contractual changes including annual pay reviews HR administrative support to global HR team and the SME's Provision of standard references and other information for ex or leaving employees as required Maintenance of employee records in time and attendance system Maintenance of all personnel files, databases and records to company standards Profile For the role of an HR Shared Services Team Leader you will: Have the required experience: Experience in a HR Shared Service Centre Experience with developing and writing robust HR administrative processes Be able to travel to the Avonmouth site (office like no other) Experience of management Desirable experience: Experience working with Success Factors (system) You will also have the flexibility to work out of office hours to accommodate the calls with our overseas colleagues and have the ability to travel to another site if required.
