Overview

Planning Assistant with valid SSOWP. MAIN DUTIES: Compile and produce Weekly Operating Notice (WON) extracts for Possession Worksites Compile and produce Worksite Info Sheets (Excel) and email to regional NWR Operations Delivery Managers (ODMs) Email possession / safety critical staff details to NWR where required Attend & represent the company at planning / PICOP meetings. Produce Works Orders (COINS) for agency safety critical staff Work & communicate closely with Contracts Managers, Site Managers & Works Managers to ensure that paperwork is produced accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain continued professional development & working practice within the industry rule book regulations, comply with policies & procedures. Develop Line Blockage & Possession Planning skills Attend Possession Planning System (PPS) Training Course to enable
