BEING YOURSELF is the key to bringing the Generator story and brand to life. ABOUT GENERATOR LONDON Generator London is a short stroll from Covent Garden, Regents Park and the British Museum. When crafting this hostel we redesigned this old police station to reflect the city’s street life. Local reclaimed timber, exposed brickwork and hot-rolled black steel give the hostel an industrial feel. Bold graphics, vibrant patterns and famous British cultural icons combine to capture London's cosmopolitan vibe. Make sure you catch the classic red bus that’s parked next to our bar’s dance floor every night. Don’t be late, London’s calling. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB -Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast -Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast -Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times -Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions -Work well independently or with the team and take full ownership of our Food Offering -Keep up to date with local food trends -Ensure that you remain compliant with all local food hygiene legislation -Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S and Fire Safety compliance -Assist with producing menus and new dishes -Carry out any other duties as required by management Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties.
