Our expertise now covers heavy industry, specializing in the supply of equipment and spare parts for the oil, gas, petrochemical, power and marine sectors The role We are looking for a Spare Parts and Sales Co-Ordinator to assist the Sales Team, including the Managing Director, with processing quotes, sales and purchase orders, expediting and the day to day running of the office. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following; Accurately process and data-entry incoming enquiries Globally source a wide range of spare parts, materials and equipment Ensure the products selected are technically correct, and negotiate the best price possible Assist in the submittal of tenders to clients Professionally answer incoming telephone calls and divert accordingly Liaise with both suppliers and customers, in a professional manner Assist with all admin duties including filing and ordering of company stationery Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Well organised, and able to work with high volume with the ability to prioritise workload Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis and fluent in English Previous experience working in an administrative or spare parts role is desirable, although comprehensive training will be provided Non-smoker Reliable Benefits 20 days annual holiday (increasing with service, plus public holidays) Contributory Pension Scheme Standard hours: 9am - 5:30pm (early 5pm finish on Fridays) Free on-site parking Close to town centre, railway and bus stations Please carefully consider commute to and from Staines-upon-Thames during peak rush hour before applying.
