Overview
Permanent - Not For Profit - Screening Case Manager - Stratford Your new company This is a regulatory body who works towards ensuring all checks are in place for medical professionals to be able to practice within this country. Your new role - Leading a team of case officers - Set individual goals and expectations - Ensuring high quality service is delivered - Liaising with internal and external personnel - Collaborating with internal departments to ensure tasks are complete to a high standard - Ensuring all cases managed by your team are done to a high quality standard within a timely manner - Motivate team to achieve targets set - Implement improvements where and when necessary - Report preparation What you'll need to succeed You must be able to demonstrate experience of managing staff, setting targets and deadlines and being able to motivate them to be able to complete the tasks to a high standard and timely manner. You must have had experience managing a high volume of work and being able to work under pressure. You will need to be a confident communicator and a strong professional as you will be dealing with stakeholder management and engagement. You must have a good understanding on data security legislation in reference to casework. You will need to be IT literate as you will be working on different programmes keeping track of information. You must be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills as you will be working with different teams within the organisation.
