Overview
Our client is a market leader in what they do at the forefront of technology. Based in Corby, this Finance Manager vacancy is a blended role which is hands on in nature, managing a small team in a commercially focused capacity. This role will suit a qualified accountant, with good people management experience, looking for an organisation that will provide a platform for their growth and development. You will: Business partner with key budget holders in the organisation to ensure all costs are reported correctly and provide information to help the business understand performance and action required. Drive additional performance from the team through better management of the workload. Ensure all key month end postings are carried out on an accurate and timely basis. Additional responsibilities outlined in full specification. You'll be: A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong technical footing. Experience within a commercial environment, with a track record of fostering relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues. Preferably a track record of coaching and mentoring a team, driving performance and career development. Working knowledge of SAP. Strong analytical skills. Advanced Excel. A salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum and an impressive benefits package is on offer.
