Overview

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client a leading Property Management company in Glasgow City Centre for a Lettings Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity within a business that is currently going through a period of rapid growth. I am looking to speak with experienced administrators who have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure. You must be able demonstrate a high standard of negotiation/communication/written skills and be confident communicating with the ability to resolve conflict and potential disputes. Previous experience working within Residential Letting and a sound understanding of current legislation associated with the Private Rented Sector in Scotland would be an advantage. In your role you will be working as part of a wider team supporting, developing and managing a large portfolio of residential properties located throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt. This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, enthusiastic individual to join a prestigious company in a varied and fast paced role with fantastic career prospects. This role would suit someone with a background in Lettings, Facilities Management or Maintenance Management or a similar role where excellent customer service is paramount. High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload are essential as you will be managing existing landlord accounts and relationships to support new business growth. You will also be required to have a good working knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook and a full drivers licence.
