Customer Coordinator Uxbridge £22k We are currently looking to recruit a customer service superstar to join a flawless team with a company just outside of Uxbridge. You will be working closely with customers and coordinating various requests for them. It is imperative that you have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy speaking to customers on a daily basis and building strong working relationships. Teamwork makes the dream work right? In this company team is so important and managers do all they can to make sure there is uplifted team spirits Duties include: Taking inbound calls Processing customer requests on the system Upselling products Speaking to various teams within the business Coordinating orders
