Overview

Urgently needed – Finance Administrator . ( must be a driver) A new and upcoming client of ours are urgently seeking a Finance Administrator to join their expanding team at Head Office. This role is looking for candidates with a degree education ideally a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent Finance degree and 2 years experience in a Finance Administration position using Sage or similar package. In this role you will be expected to: Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Organise complete banking checks & report sales figures Reconcile daily banking to sales Follow up on missing banking and credit card sales with Area/Store Manager Prepare weekly variance report for area and regional managers, so strong Excel skills are essential General administration duties Respond to various telephone and e-mail queries in a timely and professional manner Meet and Greet Visitors to the building in a professional manner Sage accounting system experience is needed Required Skills Excellent analytic and numerical skills Process Driven Diligent with excellent attention to detail Good work ethic Exceptional organisational skills Pro-active with the ability to work within tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office and Excel (Intermediate level including V lookups, Pivot tables) Sage system experience an advantage Ideal candidates will have: Two years’ experience in a finance administration position Experience in handling data and working on Excel Qualification needed: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent Finance degree Full-time, Permanent Excellent starting salary Salary: £22-£23,000 a year Parking on site Ideally seeking immediately available candidates or short notice, please do not apply if you are not a degree holder as this is an essential requirement by the client.
