BOOKKEEPER Part-time £14-16k pro rata 3 years’ experience is essential for this bookkeeping role. If you are looking for a fun and friendly environment in which to work with excellent holiday package, then this role is for you We are a small and growing Accountancy practice in Bispham, Blackpool and are currently hiring a bookkeeper to join our team. This is a part-time, permanent position working Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be working in a busy but relaxed environment. The role will require the successful candidate to undertake the following bookkeeping duties: Sales and Purchase ledger maintenance on SAGE. Analysis of records and entered onto Excel spreadsheets. Accounts analysis to trial balance. Speaking with clients both face to face and on the telephone. Completing and filing VAT returns. Any other ad hoc duties as and when it occurs. Along with 3 years bookkeeping experience, the successful candidate will need good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAGE. They must have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and capable of working on a timely basis. You should be able to work as part of a small team and confidentiality is essential.
