Overview

Land Rights Coordinator Location: Braintree Salary: Competitive Job type: Permanent This is a key position providing client support in the successful delivery of legal requirements for each project. You will be involved the tracking and reporting of projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining internal records to help our client continually deliver their high service to clients. Responsibilities of the Land Rights Coordinator: Determine legal requirements for contracts and process these accordingly. Self-manage multiple legal projects leading to successful delivery for clients. Assist Legal Compliance Manager with training of Legal Compliance Assistant if required. Log and report on live projects, working to own schedule to ensure applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Advising internal teams of legal requirements. Offer largely un-guided support to clients, Business Development, Technical and Operations teams. Proactively support clients and stakeholders; manage the process for them in line with their expectations. Liaise with internal Technical and Operations teams ensuring open and thorough communication channels. Confidently deal with queries on other jobs when team members are away Provide a high quality and maintained level of customer service at all times to both internal and external clients. Requirements of the Land Rights Coordinator: Utilities background would be an advantage Understanding and awareness of Continuous Improvement within new and existing processes. Strong background within a similar project management position. A-C GSCE level grade English or equivalent Strong coordination and administrational skills Desire to self-improve and learn from others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to effectively communicate with a range of people Proactive and motivated approach; self-driven. Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility of tasks Empathy with Clients' situation Ability to investigate, resolve and/or escalate client issues/requirements. Enjoy problem solving Good IT skills including MS word, excel, and database use.
