Internet Estate Agency Telesales Assistant An exciting internet-based Estate Agency are seeking telephone-based Business Prospectors to contact Houseowners who are planning to sell their properties at a price below market value and want a rapid completion and cash payout. The emphasis at this stage is on persuasion and not negotiation. Duties and Responsibilities Prospect leads from various publications and websites of houseowners wishing to sell their properties and realize a quick completion and payout Make outbound calls to the new Leads and discuss the firm’s process, outlining its benefits Persuade the new client to complete and send in the paperwork and pass to a Buyer for finalization Skills and Attributes required Excellent Telephone Manner (Previous sales experience in Telephony based role) Outgoing Personality Eager to learn & impress Passionate about providing an excellent service Competitive nature Diary management skills for returning phone calls Previous Estate Agency Experience essential.
