RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Central Services teams with the preparation, pricing, terms and other schedules Dealing with high volumes of data and accurately collating and inputting the information Collating financial and other data for input Chasing suppliers and members for information Attend all necessary on-site and off-site meetings were appropriate Raising invoices and reconciling financial information Maintain data bases where required Offer any admin and clerical support where required. CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS : Confident in using Microsoft packages including Excel Good mathematical skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and able to work to deadline Able to follow policies and procedures This role will suit someone who is a natural problem solver This is a temporary 12-month policy and it is required that you are immediately available.
