Overview

Our client based in Central Gloucester is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the IT Systems Manager the role of the IT Support Analyst will be to ensure that day to day the IT function meets the needs of the business by providing support in line with agreed service levels and providing recommendations for on-going / continual improvement. As a technical support/ helpdesk professional you will be on the front-line supporting customers and employees. These customers/ employees will be experiencing technical issues which you will be required to identify and advise on a solution. You will be required to categorise, research and resolve technical problems and concerns for all our customers and employees. You need to answer enquiries in person this may be via telephone, email or voice mail concerning the use of computer hardware/ software which may include; printing, word processing, electronic email and operating systems. To apply candidates must have a background in IT and this must have included support responsibility. Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary - £28k depending on experience 25 days holiday
