Social Worker - Adult Safeguarding - Exeter - £31 per hour Rougemont Ward Acute Adult Inpatient Ward(55 and over) Franklyn Hospital Franklyn Drive Exeter We have an exciting new opportunity available in Exeter for an experienced social worker to work in a adult safeguarding team. We are working with older adults and working age adults. As a successful candidate you will be working in experienced teams, consisting of RMN's, Support Workers, Peer Support Workers, Team Consultants, Discharge Facilitators, Ward Psychologies Ward Managers, Band 6 Deputy Ward Managers, Occupational Therapy Team, O/T's and Admin support. Clinical assessments, Advice and support to the team and families regarding MHA, MCA and DoLs, liaising with Social Care colleagues / services, signposting to other services, contributing to care planning, assessing clinical risk and be able to manage risk, complete / update risk assessments, work with various community services, and other mental health services. You will be responsible for promoting good team working across the Urgent Inpatient Care, Community and Third Sector providers. You will aos take part in MDT, professionals' meetings.
