Overview

Job summary: We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dartford for a Pensions Administrator. To work within the administration team, reporting to the Pensions Administration Team Leader. As a Pensions Administrator, it is your job to provide excellent client focused services. Key duties and responsibilities: To have an adequate understanding of the administration processes and activities. To deal with all client enquiries. Managing the diary system and daily work logging system. Processing new entrants, leavers, divorce cases, deaths, retirements, transfers, general member/client updates and individual switch requests. Maintaining the database records. To carry out member tracing, when required. Processing unit investments and disinvestments. Processing switches. Handling the online database system for processing payments. Generating non-standard letters for complex cases. To assist the administration team in reaching the goals.
