You will help external clients understand our compliance and risk software solutions and integrate these into their IT or systems infrastructure •You will be involved in interesting and challenging, client-facing work, with responsibility for some or all phases within the project life cycle, including: data analysis, implementation, training and ongoing client relationship management THE ROLE • We are looking for a PS Consultant to work on the Accuity portfolio and help support our expanding solutions offering to both current and new customers •You will be supporting a range of Payment Efficiency and Compliance solutions, which are used by financial and corporate institutions globally. These products include various web look-up reference tools, data files and software applications designed to help institutions improve payments processing efficiency and make sound business decisions •This position requires a very client-focused approach with a good understanding of how Professional Services plays a key role in terms of winning and retaining new business. This is a role suited to an experienced Professional Services Professional and experienced Product Support person who has the ability to communicate effectively and a high degree of professionalism suited to dealing with client contacts within Tier 1 financial and corporate institutions LOCATION & TRAVEL • The role is based in our London office. As this is a client-facing role, you will frequently be based on client site, and regular travel is part of the job, up to 50% of your time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide application support, configuration, implementation, training and optimization of various enterprise solutions and of existing processes for large, global client base. •Responsible for installing and training end users about Accuity products at various client locations •Responsible for customising technology solutions to client requirements •Provide consultative services to assist on how to best comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations worldwide, watch List screening and payments operations. •Provide technical support for Accuity clients during installation and testing phases •Provide online and WebEx solution demonstrations/training •Use appropriate software tools to diagnose proper resolution of customer questions and problems KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED •Proven experience using and deploying software in either a production or support environment is essential •Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations is desirable •Experience in financial services is desirable •Experience with a range of operating systems (Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms) and database technologies (Microsoft SQL, Oracle and DB2) is essential •Experience working with various web technologies (Tomcat, Java, and WebSphere) •Strong problem-solving skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong client focused approach to work •Proven ability to work independently •Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure •Ability to travel internationally up to 50% ABOUT REED BUSINESS INFORMATION •Reed Business Information (RBI) provides information, analytics and data to business professionals worldwide.
