£16 - £17 p/h – Band 6 Equivalent/Up to £29.1K | 33 Hour Contract/3 Nights | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | Large Nursing Home – Good CQC An experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a background in elderly and dementia care is required to work full-time nights in a leading West Midlands care home. The fully CQC compliant home offers round the clock nursing care to older people living with a diverse range of care and support needs and is locally owned and operated. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse role and what the home is offering: A permanent contract of 33 hours per week, working flexible night shifts over a 7 day rota Depending on experience, great pay rates from £16 to £17 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates and equates to a salary of up to £29,170 A thorough induction and ongoing learning and development programmes As RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse, you will lead a small team of HCAs on the night shift and will manage a caseload of residents. Duties will include managing and updating clinical records, administering and managing medications and ensuring the holistic needs of residents are met. What we are looking for in a Night Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered for this role You will demonstrate proven post-registration experience, ideally within a UK nursing home or long-term adult care setting Confident leading shifts and coordinating care, and able to independently manage medications Flexible to work night shifts over a 7 day rota To apply now or for further details, please follow the link below.
