Excellent Career opportunity to work for Awarrd Winning Head Chef Commis Chef. Our client is an award winning dining pub/restaurant in the Stamford area who are recruiting a Commis Chef with experience of working with fresh food. You will be working with all fresh ingredients to produce food of a high standard for an experienced Head Chef. Due to the pubs location you will need your own transport. The Job You will work on all sections of the kitchen Preparing the mise en place Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy Experience You will already have worked in a professional kitchen or be a college leaver Have basic knowledge of each section Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent Hard Working and Enthusiastic.
