Overview
Our client a popular award winning cafe in Guildford are currently looking for a 3rd chef with a speciality in Pastry specifically, to Enhance their team and produce all the pastry items and desserts in addition to assisting with service as required. The client are looking to add to their current team of Chefs and are looking for a strong Chef de partie/ 2nd chef level, with a minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a busy kitchen and level 2 in professional cookery. We are seeking to fill this chef role as soon as possible. The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications: · Level 2 in professional cookery or equivilent · Able to work in a demanding kitchen · Able to stay calm, ensuring the highest standards are delivered · A passion for food · Full driving license · Own transport due to rural location essential.
