Overview
Spire London East Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an Anaesthetics Team Leader with Resuscitation experience. Spire London East Hospital (formerly Spire Roding) is located in Redbridge, on the borders of East London and Essex. We offer comprehensive private hospital services, ranging from outpatient clinics and physiotherapy to surgery and diagnostic facilities. The hospital has 24 inpatient beds and 16 day case rooms called ‘pods’. Facilities include four operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, 2 extended recovery units, pharmacy and radiology. Duties and responsibilities To provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention while managing a team. To ensure the team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership, maximising effective theatre utilisation. To provide an exemplary resuscitation service for patients at Spire London East Hospital To support the Director of Clinical Services in ensuring that the resuscitation service is fit for purpose and delivers effective patient care by encouraging and supporting service development To ensure the resuscitation service is compliant with the Spire Healthcare Resuscitation Standards Who we're looking for Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration. ALS provider or pre hospital equivalent ALS Instructor or ALS Instructor Candidate (IC) status. Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS) status Experience in resuscitation training to multi-professional groups. Audit experience.
