Here at Care South - we have opportunities for Night Care Assistants to join us at Maiden Castle , our beautiful care home in Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2NJ Full Time and Part Time Hours Available. Bank Holiday Enhanced Pay Rate £9.20 Per Hour Dependent On Experience This role involves working alternate weekends and some bank holiday Our respected team of Care Assistants make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. Working with families to create the perfect balance of care based on a blend of needs including an individual's care and their personalities. In every case, our key focus is to deliver these care services with the help of our team who are experienced, well-trained and have a deep understanding and empathy for our care home residents. Maiden Castle House is a state-of-the-art residential and dementia care home in Dorchester. We provide a safe and caring environment where residents can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home, but cared for by dedicated staff, highly trained to nationally recognised standards. As part of your role you will also help us create a happy, safe and engaging environment for all staff and residents. Previous experience desirable but not essential - full training will be provided for anyone joining our team.
