£20.00 per hour (equates to NHS Band 7) | 48 hours | Days or Nights | Great Staff Benefits | £1000 Welcome Bonus | A small private nursing home in Great Yarmouth currently has a vacancy for an RMN or RNLD qualified Clinical Lead Nurse. The home supports younger adults with very complex needs and challenging behaviours. Details of this Clinical Lead Nurse post and what our client is offering: • A permanent contract of 48 hours per week working day or night shifts • Very competitive hourly rate of £20.00 which equates to NHS Band 7 • £1000 Welcome Bonus • Comprehensive induction and training programme • Additional hours and overtime opportunities • Enhanced rates for bank holidays • Paid breaks • Uniform provided, DBS paid for and free meals on shift • Rewards for years of service As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs. The successful candidate for this Clinical Lead Nurse post will meet the following criteria: • NMC registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD • Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role within a UK care home • Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader • Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards • Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated If you are interested and would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
