£20.00 per hour (equates to NHS Band 7) | 48 hours | Days or Nights | Great Staff Benefits | £1000 Welcome Bonus | A small private nursing home in Great Yarmouth currently has a vacancy for an RMN or RNLD qualified Clinical Lead Nurse. The home supports younger adults with very complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs. The successful candidate for this Clinical Lead Nurse post will meet the following criteria: • NMC registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD • Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role within a UK care home • Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader • Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards • Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated If you are interested and would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
